Mechanical Room Wall Repair

Scope of Work: An opening in a penthouse mechanical room created for a building chiller replacement was repaired. A lintel was installed to carry the weight of the new blocks, all blocks were filled with grout, and rebar was used to tie the new section into the existing wall.

Materials: Concrete blocks, grout, rebar, steel lintel

Outcome: The wall was structurally reinforced and restored, ready for a door installation and exterior stucco finish by other contractors. The repair ensures stability and integrates seamlessly with the existing structure.
