Project Type: Commercial Masonry Restoration
Scope of Work: Temporary demolition of an exterior masonry wall to allow a mechanical contractor to replace HVAC equipment inside the building. Once the mechanical work was completed, the wall was fully rebuilt using a combination of new and reclaimed concrete blocks to match the existing structure.
Materials: New concrete blocks, reclaimed blocks.
Outcome: A structurally sound, cleanly rebuilt wall that seamlessly integrates with the existing building while allowing for critical HVAC upgrades.
